Hole Overview
A demanding way to open the back nine, the 10th hole features a long, narrow, and straight fairway that gradually climbs toward the green, placing a premium on accuracy from the tee.
Approach shots must be well judged, with a subtle bunker guarding the front-right of the green ready to catch any slightly short or offline attempts. The putting surface slopes away at the front, meaning anything under-hit will struggle to hold.
A precise tee shot and committed approach are essential to start the back nine on the right note.
Playing Tips
A straightforward tee shot from an elevated position, with the widest margin for error found down the left-hand side of the fairway. While Out of Bounds lurks further left, a controlled drive left of centre provides the best angle into the green.
From there, positioning is key. Favour the left side on your approach regardless of pin position, keeping well away from the right-hand bunker. This conservative line sets up a more manageable putt, and a better chance of an easy two-putt or birdie opportunity.
